In 2018, Justin Torres was working at the fine dining restaurant, Ocean Prime, when a "regular", a person who frequents a restaurant, approached him and said, "You should go into the Real Estate business, I just sold my apartment with a Real Estate Agent that reminded me of you."
After some careful consideration, Justin decided to take the leap into the real estate industry. Within his first year, he devoted all of his time to learning the craft and hired the biggest real estate coach, Mike Ferry, to help provide his clientele with a better service and improve his communication skills.
After several transactions, he started to hone in on the importance of customer service; it reminded him of the opportunities he had every night at the restaurant. At Ocean Prime, it seemed commonplace to go above and beyond; it was much more than serving a meal but rather creating a life-changing experience. The staff smiled and greeted guests like they were a part of their family. This is where Justin's love for customer service blossomed.
