JUSTIN TORRES
In 2018, Justin Torres was working at the fine dining restaurant, Ocean Prime, when a "regular", a person that frequents a restaurant, approached him and said "You should go into the Real Estate business, I just sold my apartment with a realtor that reminded me of you."
After some careful consideration, Justin decided to take the leap into the real estate industry. Within his first year he devoted all of his time into learning the craft and hired the biggest real estate coach, Mike Ferry, to help provide his clientele with a better service and improve his communication skills.
After several transactions, he started to hone in on the importance of customer service, it reminded him of the opportunities he had every night at the restaurant. At Ocean Prime, it seemed commonplace to go above and beyond, it was much more than serving a meal but rather creating a life changing experience. The staff smiled and greeted guests like they were a part of their family, this is where Justin's love for customer service blossomed.
ERIKA CUELLO
In 2017, Erika Cuello applied for an administrative position in an independent real estate brokerage not knowing where it will lead her. Her decision was fueled by the necessity to grow and impact people’s lives. Before Real Estate, Erika thought that the medical field was her way into helping others, but shortly found a true hunger in supporting agents while partaking in the exponential growth of the brokerage. From welcoming the new realtors, to comforting seasoned agents throughout obstacles, she built an affinity towards caring for people beyond the norm. Her sole focus was to lead those around her to success, which in turn gave her a genuine sense of purpose.
Now with over 7 years of experience of real estate sales and operations, she has cultivated the systems necessary to thrive in the business. From tactical marketing, to orchestrating the systems needed to drive new developments into successful sales, her experience and hunger for growth is unrivaled.
